For me one of my greater fears transferring from a regular yoga to calisthenics routine was that I’d start to get stiff and sore, and start to experience the same back pain I had when I used to train weights. But Raphael’s focus on proper form and execution of every rep has helped me to workout pain free. He’s also added into my routine stretches that have even increased my flexibility in some areas. He’s a great instructor who I highly recommend.
